Superwomen: Inspiring stories of 20 women entrepreneurs, a collection of inspirational stories about 20 women entrepreneurs by Prachi Garg, is published by Srishti Publishers. The cover shows a woman in a corporate attire, juggling with multiple tasks. Quite an apt cover to represent a working woman in modern times.

Prachi Garg is a writer, avid traveler and entrepreneur. She started www.ghoomophiro.com, an enterprise where the team organizes corporate tours based on the customers’ requirements, budget and provide them with a bouquet of options. This initiative was taken up by her during college days. She also delivered workshops on entrepreneurship and has been part of panel discussions related to entrepreneurship. Ghoomophiro.com has been covered by YourStory, The Indian Express, Femina and many other leading publications. She also kick-started a journal “Managing Minds”, that caters to the need of Tier II & Tier III MBA aspirants which failed. She has been associated with EETIndia group, DD News and has been freelancing for HT Horizons for quite some time.

The author has successfully presented these stories without adding any fictitious details. The language is simple and easy to comprehend. Readers will find the events highly interesting. I found it quite engaging. The subject is tackled beautifully by the skillful author. You don’t have to be a woman to read and enjoy these stories or to connect with them. Anyone can take the inspiration from these tales and continue to work towards their goals.

Further, this 197-page book is good enough to emphasise gender equality and let their stories be heard. It’s a light read and overall a compelling book.
