Even on its third day (30th April 2017), India Runway Week continued to please everyone. The day was filled with designers showcasing their Spring/Summer collection. From beautiful and elegant models wearing pastel palette to Swara Bhaskar walking the ramp and almost slaying it, here’s a glimpse of what all happened on the third day!

The newest emerging trend is that of the black metal jewelry. So I decided to do some research on this latest rage in the world of fashion as asked by one of the followers on Instagram.

Though not emerged in India, this is fast venturing into the domains. Summer is a tedious time for skin. The skin gets tanned easily and is exposed to more harm. With the fast pace of life in today's world, it is almost impossible to stop and care for your skin but isn't it the key to our first impression?

Ayurveda has come to your rescue here. It has various benefits in comparison to the cosmetics available for facial cleansing regimes in markets. These cosmetics instead cause more harm than cure the skin. Ayurveda, on the other hand, has introduced a product called VICCO Turmeric Cream which isn't like the other cosmetics. An Ayurveda facial care regime improves the texture and health of skin as opposed to a harmful cosmetic products that are readily available in the markets.

4) Once a week, do scrub your skin with an apricot scrubber. It will take off the dead skin and will let your skin breath properly.

5) Exfoliate regularly (once or twice a week should be sufficient). It must be effective yet gentle and respectful. Choose a pH-neutral exfoliation product, which is perfect for smoothing and purifying the skin while respecting its natural balance.

I personally use green tea leaves mixed with rice flour and honey to exfoliate. It is simple and leaves the skin smoother than ever. It also gives a nice glow to your skin, removing the dullness.

6) Don’t sleep with make-up on, like never. It will hamper your skin as it doesn’t let the skin breathe properly.

7) Avoid hands on face. Use tissue. Our hands grab dust from our surrounding and unknowingly, that dust is transferred to the skin when we keep touching it.

8) Keep your skin hydrated by not only sprinkling water from time to time, but also drinking enough water.
